We start by discussing your vision, budget, and specific needs. Together, we'll explore design options, features, and upgrades that will shape your dream home or renovation. We’ll also guide you through the building process to ensure you're well-prepared.
At this stage, we provide a detailed estimate of all costs, including labor, materials, and design elements. This process usually takes 3-4 weeks. You’ll have the opportunity to review the estimate and suggest any adjustments before finalizing the quote.
Once your plans are finalized, we submit them to the council for approval. This step is necessary before construction can begin.
We confirm the final project cost and provide a payment schedule. The project start date and estimated timeline (typically 6-9 months) are set. Once the contract is signed and the first deposit is made, we’re ready to begin construction.
With approvals and the contract in place, construction begins. Throughout the build, you'll work with our interior designer to make key design choices. Regular walkthroughs will ensure everything is progressing as planned, with opportunities for changes or additional work.
